Hey Ellie Conference: A Royal Discovery of Feelings and Emotions

The Hey Ellie Conference is a heartfelt and empowering experience for girls ages 3 to 14. Centered around the theme “A Royal Discovery of Feelings and Emotions,” the conference helps young girls explore their emotions, understand their feelings, and learn healthy ways to express and regulate them. With age-specific workshops designed to meet each stage of development, the conference creates a safe and supportive space where every girl is treated like royalty. Through engaging activities and meaningful conversations, girls begin their royal discovery of emotional awareness, confidence, and self-expression.

Youth must come attend alone- although parents are welcome to remain on site but will not be allowed in the session. We want them to be free to express themselves in ways they wouldn’t normally do- especially for our older girls.
